I have the same problem. light came on and when I click on the bluetooth it turned off. Now it will not turn back on. There is no info on how to fix this problem and I cannot find the detailed manual. I am not buying this product again.
Hi I just found that using a USB plug that is longer than the norm solves the problem. The problem being the nice rubber coating around the device which stops a normal length plug from going in far enough. I used the charger from my JABRA bluetooth earpiece in the end as that is just 1/2 mm longer than a standard connector.
hope this helps

I just got a used zooka and I've plugged it in to charge. I've plugged it in to a regular laptop, the quick start said a Macbook but I'm thinking any USB is ok. I'm not seeing any blue LED light flashing, am I screwed having bought a used Zooka?
