I filed a support ticket on Thursday. I received an email back stating that I would be contacted within 24 hours. Well today is Saturday and my 99 dollar iPad stand is still not working correctly. When connected to my iPad it dies after 29 minutes on a full battery charge. In order to insure the issue was not the IPad I connected it via Bluetooth to my MacBookPro playing a selection from my ITunes library. Again it dies after 29 minutes. On Friday I followed up with an afternoon phone call to Customer Support and told the person I sent in two tickets on Thursday one for the iPad and one for the MacBook, and he got a little annoyed to say the least. Meanwhile all I have is a 99 dollar IPad stand with no help from Carbon Audio.
Any one else dissatisfied with customer support or with their Zooka. Oh I bought it in January of 2013 after reading good reviews on line. So it is not that old.
